Configuring your Account:

We will confirm all this on the telephone or via email with you, but we need some general information to get started on setting up your CRM program. Please fill out all the information below. If you're unsure about anything, just make a note in the Notes field and we will be sure to contact you via telephone or email to confirm all the details and answer any questions prior to setting up your account.

Setup Fee

Checking the box below signifies that you understand there is a $300.00 non-refundable setup fee for users wishing to setup new accounts. This covers the following costs:

  • Purchasing and setting up your new domain for 1 year.
  • Installing and configuring SugarCRM on your new domain.
  • Installing your CRM database and configuring it for use with your account.
  • Setting up 1 Owner account and 1 appointment setter (optional) account.
This fee, once paid, is non-refundable and can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, Check, or Paypal. Orders processed via check will not be started until the check has cleared the bank, usually a 5 day waiting period.

Monthly Service Fee:

By signing up for services you agree to te following:

  • There is a monthly service fee of $24.95, charged automatically to your Visa or MasterCard on the first of each month for that months' services. (Example: Service for the month of June will be charge on or about June 1st).
  • You  agree that it is your responsibility to inform Twisted Networx if your credit card/debit card changes so that we can update your records.
  • If your payment is declined, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the situation promptly. If we can not reach you via phone or email and reasonable efforts to contact you fail, we will suspend your account until the account is brought current.
  • If your account is suspended due to non-payment, you lose ownership of all data hosted on our servers. At our discretion we will choose to discontinue your account which may include deleting your user data.

Additional Services:

Twisted Networx is a full service company and we can provide you with many additional services aside from the CRM platform. These services are NOT part of your CRM package. You understand that we will happily provide any and all services possible at your request, and do so in a timely manner, but that these services are billed directly to your credit card at the standard rates.

Additional Services we are sometimes requested to perform are:

  • Configuring your email client (Outlook, Gmail, Exchange) to work with your CRM or other applications you request.
  • Configuring your Smart Phone/PDA/Tablet, or other devices as needed or requested.
  • Creating additional web sites, or modifying services to customize your CRM beyond the initial offered services.
