   Client Access is the newest serivce offering. Available to all customers free of charge, Client Access allows any customer to login to our portal and perform a variety of functions, depending on the types of work we perform for that customer. Some of these functions include:

  • Submit a new service ticket: Choose from the dropdown list of possible categories, enter the details of your service request, and our technical staff is automatically notified and will begin working on your problem.
  • Automatic Email Notification: You will be notified via email anytime a technician updates your ticket, so you will be kept informed of progress.
  • View Ticket Progress: Login any time to check on the progress of existing service tickets.
  • View Invoice History: View your current and past invoices.
  • See reports on work performed for you or your company going back one year.
