Absolutely not. As soon as communication is initiated with a target computer, there will be a notification message stating "This Computer Is Being Monitored By:" or "This Computer Is Being Remotely Controlled By." As part of our HIPAA and security protocols a log file is kept on our server of every communication with a client's computer. These logs are not editable by anyone, including us, for just this reason. This is required by federal law for HIPAA and SOX compliance. The file is also generated on the target computer and can't be deleted by the remote control user during the session because it's not created until the session is ended.
