How It Works:

Step 1: Enter your Information

 

 

 

 

Enter Your name in the box provided.

Enter your Company in the box provided (optional).

Enter your email address (in case we lose connection and need to contact you back)

Press "Connect"

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2: Run the OutReach Anywhere Connector

When you press connect, you will be prompted to Run or Save the connector program. Since you will only need this one time, press Run to begin the process.

Step 3: Press Run again

Now that you have downloaded the applet to your computer, press Run again to launch the installation. This should take less than 30 seconds to complete.

Step 4: (Vista Users Only)

Vista users will be greeted with the following UAC prompt. Just press "OK" to allow the program to elevate your session.

Step 5: Begin Your Support Session

You will be greeted with the support screen shown below. At the same time, our technician on-duty will be prompted that a customer is waiting in the queue for support and can begin diagnosing your problem.
