Why do we need UAC Access to your comptuer?
Most computer problems related to viruses and spyware are hidden pretty deep in your system. If they could be removed with a simple "delete" key, you wouldn't need remote support anyway; we would just tell you what to do and you could do it yourself.
Since most problems cant' be fixed that way, our OutReach program has to be granted access to make changes that you can't make yourself sitting at the keyboard. This allows us to make changes to the system registry, remove viruses that are currently active, and make other critical changes that need administrator priveleges to perform. Once your remote sessions is done, or whenever you hit the "X" on the support program to close the support session, our program is terminated and removed completely from your system, so no further changes can be made and your computer is returned to its normal working environment.
