What operating systems are supported?
Document backup works on Windows workstations running Windows 7 or later. (Includes all versions of 7, 8, and 10). Macintosh/Apple workstations are not supported at this time.
How many backups are saved?
Backups are performed twice per day to our servers and the process is fully automated. There is nothing to configure or modify. Backups are stored for 28 days, with a maximum of 56 backups per workstation. After 28 days, the oldest backup will be replaced with the next upload.
What are my options for restoring my data?
- You can restore any file version from the last 28 days.
- You can search and select any files or directories you'd like to restore.
- You can restore to the original location or to a new location (such as a new folder or hard drive).
- You can even restore all data to another device entirely!
